If you disagree with processing based on legitimate interests, you can object for reasons arising from your particular situation. Provide us with detailed information about the specific processing and the reasons for your objection. 2.5. You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing at any time. This also applies to profiling if it is related to such direct marketing.

2.7. You have rights against automated individual decision-making.

You generally have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. However, we may automate such decisions if it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you, is permissible by law, or you have given your consent. In any case, you have the right to contest the decision, present your point of view, and request the intervention of a responsible person to review the decision.
